Breaking the Silence
ADHD, Depression, and Men’s Mental Health
Living with ADHD isn’t just a distraction—it’s overwhelm, isolation, and hidden battles with depression. We’re working to raise awareness, foster connection, and reduce the rising suicide rate among men. No one should fight alone.

Being
Grounded.
Our aim is to help you be at peace in the here and now. Being in the moment is a challenge for those with ADHD and so we find simple, straightforward ways to keep your attention. We focus on creating experiences that speak to the needs of your ADHD.

Being
Supportive.
Everything we source is there to help you with your ADHD. From everyday ideas and ways of dealing with the challenges we face, to deeper, more calming and healing experiences, our goal is to help you feel the calmest, most present version of yourself.

Being
Natural.
We find ways of using the natural world and its materials as they ground us in the here and now. A piece of wood, the smell of coffee, will help us be here and now infinity more than anything digital.

My Story
As a father you pride yourself on putting everyone else first. You have built a career, created a home and started a family.
Within all of that you might have found yourself struggling to keep everything going. At some point, you may have found you face some extra challenges in life.
Whether you have been formally diagnosed or not, you recognise that ADHD and/or Depression are hills that you are climbing daily.
As a father myself, facing challenges with both ADHD and Depression, I have had to learn the hard way what works.
Having tried every acronym, every planning diary, every routine, every app and guide out there, I discovered how mismatched they were for me.
I found they left me with expectations and anxiety to "solve it this time". A feeling I was in competition to keep up with others and generally I was adding more and more to an already difficult and dizzying environment for myself.
Over time I realised that less really is more.
I removed the noise, the apps, the schedules and started really listening to and trusting myself.
What I learned was that I can not plan to make myself calm and organised. I am able however to go with the flow, feel how and where I can be in the moment.
We can create moments for ourselves. These moments can give us peace, energy and presence.
Knowing when these will happen is not something we can see ahead of time.
Noticing the ebbs and flows, having environments that have within them things to make those times healing and energising, that is the key.
Find the Moment.
